For perfect fluffy dumplings, it's very important to prepare the dough correctly. I'll share how to make elastic and pliable dough for this dish. It's very simple: I'll scald the flour with hot water and oil, then add eggs. Instead of water, you can use milk or a 50/50 mix of water and milk. If you knead the dough well, you'll definitely end up with tender and tasty dumplings. Serve them with a spoonful of sour cream and fresh herbs. The dish is now ready to be served.
