The galette dough is soft inside and crispy outside, very tasty, slightly flaky. The pastry is ready. Serve it to the table.

    Grate frozen margarine into the flour. You can replace the margarine with butter.

    Rub the flour with the butter using clean hands, add the salt and baking soda, crack in the chicken egg, and pour in the vinegar. With vinegar, the dough will turn out more flaky.
