
Blueberry galette with cream cheese
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. You can buy ready-made dough for the galette, or make it yourself. You can use fresh or frozen blueberries. Instead of cream cheese, even regular cottage cheese, sieved, will work. Serve the galette slightly cooled or completely cooled. It can be served with tea or coffee.

1. Mix the flour with 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, then add the butter cut into pieces.

2. Rub the mixture by hand or with a fork until crumbs form.

3. Add cold water to the flour mixture one tablespoon at a time, then gather the dough into a single ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.

4. Mix the frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon of sugar, starch, 0.5 teaspoon of zest, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

5. In another bowl, place the cream cheese, chicken yolk, remaining sugar, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
