Galette with rye flour

Description
Baking is simple and quick. For a sweet galette, add 1 tbsp of sugar to the dough. If the taste of rye flour is unfamiliar to you, you can use it half and half with wheat flour. For more details, serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add warm water and vegetable oil. Knead the dough.

Slice the vegetables into rounds. Potatoes thinner, zucchini thicker.

Roll out the dough thinly into a circle.
