
Stir-fried glass noodles in a wok

Prepare all the ingredients.

Rinse the mushrooms and slice them. Peel the carrots and grate them on a Korean-style carrot shredder. Divide the broccoli into small florets and, if necessary, halve them further. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper, then cut it into strips. Coarsely chop the green onions, including the white part.

Place the cellophane noodles into a deep bowl and pour hot water over them.

Heat the wok well over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms in vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
