Glass noodles with mussels
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Another name for vermicelli is glass noodles. Of course, it got this name due to its appearance. It looks transparent, like glass, cooks very quickly, has a neutral taste, and goes perfectly with seafood as a side dish. Today I'll share an interesting recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.
