Step 1

First, let's prepare the vegetables: peel the carrots and onion, cut the carrots into thin strips, and slice the onion into half-rings.
- 2
Step 2

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Step 3

Remove the seeds from the peppers, rinse them, and slice into half-rings. It's best to use peppers of different colors to make the dish look more festive.
- 4
Step 4

We thoroughly wash the beef, dry it with paper towels, and cut it into strips across the grain.
- 5
Step 5

Now heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the beef over high heat for 5-6 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

After that, add all the sliced vegetables (except garlic) to the pan with the meat, sprinkle with ground pepper to taste, and fry everything, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Then add garlic, soy sauce, salt to taste, mix all ingredients and fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 8

Boil the glass noodles for 5 minutes after the water comes to a boil, then drain the noodles in a colander and transfer them to the skillet with the meat and vegetables. Mix everything together, heat for just about a minute, then remove from heat.

Now you can portion the glass noodles with beef and vegetables onto individual plates and enjoy an Asian-style dinner.
