
Fruits in clouds
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For the dessert, you can use any firm and aromatic fruits of your choice, including canned ones. Prepare the dessert right before serving, as the fruits may release excess juice and make the top "cloud" layer soggy. Serve chilled.

Gather the necessary ingredients.

Combine egg yolk, flour, and sugar in a saucepan with a thick bottom, and rub together until smooth over low heat.

Immediately pour in the milk, mix until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring, until thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove the cream from the heat and let it cool.

Beat the egg white until light and foamy. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice, then beat at high speed with a mixer until stiff peaks form.

Peel the fruits, and remove the membranes from the orange. Cut all the fruits into small cubes. Drain any excess juice from the fruits.
