Description

The salad is perfect because you can make it with any fruits or berries: apples, bananas, oranges, tangerines, persimmons, etc.—choose according to the season, although nowadays you can find any fruit on supermarket shelves. In any case, the dessert will turn out juicy and healthy—just ideal for preventing seasonal colds and respiratory infections, thanks to vitamin C.

    Peel the orange, making sure to remove all the white pith, as it is bitter! Separate the fruit into segments and cut them into cubes. If there are any seeds, be sure to remove them. Rinse the apples under water, cut each into four parts, and remove the cores and seeds. Rinse them once more and cut into medium-sized cubes. Place both cut ingredients into a salad bowl or a deep bowl.

    Carefully peel the persimmon. If the fruit is too ripe, simply place its flesh onto the other sliced ingredients in the container.
