To prepare frozen ice, start by mixing sugar with lemon juice and berries in a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a sieve.

Now transfer the peach to a blender and puree it. Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Gently mix the whipped cream with the peach puree. Place fruit puree into molds and freeze. Then add a layer of the peach-cream mixture and freeze again.

Finish with a berry layer and put it back in the freezer. Remove once the ice cream has completely frozen. Or you can mix the layers. I made one portion exactly like that.
