
Fruit ice
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Don't worry if you don't have special ice cream molds—you can make fruit ice even in disposable cups! Be sure to use your favorite fruits and berries: you can add peach, raspberry, blueberry, and others for a more vibrant color and richer flavor of the finished dessert. This fruit ice contains no preservatives, making it an excellent choice for a refreshing treat for children. Serve chilled.

1. Prepare the strawberry purée: blend washed and dried strawberries into a purée using a blender. Optionally, add honey or powdered sugar.

2. Fill the ice cream molds one-third full and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove the pits from the apricots and puree the flesh. Add sweetener to taste, if desired.

3. Fill the molds with puree again to one-third of the mold's volume and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Prepare kiwi puree and add sweetener.

4. Fill the molds completely, close them with special lids or insert plastic spoons into them. Place in the freezer for 5-6 hours until completely frozen.

5. Before serving, dip the finished ice into hot water for a few seconds.
