Description

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. For making fruit crumble, you can use any fruits, not only apricots, grapes, or plums. If apricots aren't available, you can substitute them with canned peaches, and replace plums or grapes with pears and apples. It all depends on your taste preferences. The fruit crumble turns out very juicy, the fruits release their juice, while the topping stays crisp and crumbly—making it a perfect dessert. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Wash the fruits and be sure to dry them thoroughly. Then cut them up. Halve the grapes, apricots, and plums, and remove the pits.

    Cut the butter into cubes, add a packet of vanilla sugar, coconut flakes, salt, and cinnamon. Mix. Add the flour and rub everything with your hands into crumbs.

    Shell the walnuts. Grind half of the walnuts in a blender. Add the resulting walnut flour to the crumble dough.

    Grease the baking dish with butter and preheat the oven to 180°C. Place apricots as the first layer, then top with plums and grapes.

    Evenly sprinkle the fruit with the crumble, but do not press it down, otherwise the topping will become too hard. Use the remaining nuts to decorate the crumble. Place it in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes. The optimal temperature is 180 degrees.
