Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You won't find this dish in many Japanese restaurants. To be honest, it probably doesn't originate from Japan, but still it's a great vegetarian take on sushi. Children especially will love this dessert. It can be made using crepe-like sheets or rice paper, along with sweet rice or cottage cheese. As fillings, you can use a wide variety of fruits, dried fruits, and nuts. This dish is a flight of your imagination. The finished dessert can be served right away.

1. First, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve to obtain a smooth mixture. Add sour cream and fructose, then mix thoroughly.

2. Line the bamboo sushi mat with plastic wrap and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

3. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture onto the mat and carefully spread it evenly in a single layer.

4. Wash and slice the fruits. Place them on the cottage cheese, roll it up, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5. Take out the rolls and, using a sharp knife moistened with water, slice them. Decorate each piece with a nut, then sprinkle with grated chocolate and powdered sugar.
