
Fruit bars
Description
To make the crispbreads crunchy, roll the dough out to a thickness of 0.3 cm. As a fruit filling, you can choose any dried fruits. You can also add orange or lemon zest. Experiment. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Prepare the dried fruits and nuts. Chop the dried apricots into smaller pieces, and lightly crush the nuts, but not too finely. Mix everything together.

In a bowl, mix kefir, vegetable oil, and honey.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix lightly.

Add dried fruits with nuts to the bowl. Knead the dough.

The finished dough will be firm, but not crumbly. Gather it into a ball.

On the table, roll out into a sheet 0.3 cm thick. Cut into rectangles.

Transfer the prepared pieces to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10–15 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, the crispbreads will brown and be ready. Remove them from the oven. Leave them to cool on the baking sheet.
