
Fruit Marshmallow

1. First, remove pits, peels, and stems from the fruits. Remove pits from the berries. Then cut all ingredients into small pieces to make them easier to blend with a blender.

2. Add a tablespoon of honey to the kiwi and berries, and optionally add honey to the pear. Use a blender to puree all the fruits and berries. Add more honey if needed.

3. Spread the puree in a thin layer on a Teflon mat placed on a baking sheet. Place in the oven preheated to 100–110 degrees for 4–6 hours, depending on your oven.
