
Fruit panna cotta
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Instead of mango, you can use other fruits or berries. Many people love this dessert because after preparing it, you just need to put it in the refrigerator and that's it. After that, everyone can go about their business or move on to preparing other dishes if you're making a festive dinner. The finished dessert can be decorated with mango cubes or sprigs of fresh herbs. Serve chilled.

1. Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces of arbitrary shape.

2. Place heavy cream in a saucepan, add milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar.

3. Place the saucepan over heat and gradually add the gelatin, continuously stirring, until small bubbles appear. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the mango, then mix well.
