
Frittata with Ham and Potatoes
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. A frittata is, surprisingly, a very tasty and hearty dish! What's more, you can add any toppings you like: tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, boiled meat, and even fish. It will be delicious. Serve the appetizer at the table.

1. Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin wedges. Heat an oven-safe skillet with olive oil, add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Rinse and chop the green onions.

3. Coarsely chop the ham and add it to the skillet; mix gently.

4. Grate the cheese. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and grated "parmesan", then add the green onion.
