Whisk the milk with the eggs and a pinch of salt.

Add the washed mushrooms to boiling water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

In a skillet, sauté coarsely chopped onion until golden, add chopped boiled mushrooms. Sauté for a few minutes.
