Spaghetti Frittata
Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. This is an ideal picnic dish—it’s delicious both hot and cold. When making it, you can add any meat, a meat assortment, bacon, or sausage. Choose the cheese to your taste, but smoked is best. Tomato sauce is optional; you can make it without it, and you can also use leftover cooked pasta for this dish. The recipe makes 2 frittatas for a 22 cm skillet. It can be served warm or chilled.

Step 3

3. Top with the remaining spaghetti, press down lightly, and cook the dish covered over low heat for 10 minutes. Then, using the lid or a large plate, carefully flip the casserole to the other side and cook for another 5–6 minutes. Check the dish: a finished frittata should “slide” around the pan.
