The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Similar to our omelet, the Italian frittata can practically be made with almost any ingredients. The most popular ingredients for frittata in Italy are cheese, various greens, and zucchini. It is with zucchini that we will prepare our frittata. The finished dish can be served at the table.

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.

    Then add the zucchini, cut into small cubes, to the onion. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Next, add finely chopped parsley to the pan. Mix well.
