Chicken fricassee with sour cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Tender chicken in an aromatic sour cream sauce is a great alternative to other types of meat with gravy. It's quick and easy to make, requiring minimal effort, and will delight every family member. I decided to add some color and prepared the fricassee with bell peppers, but you can use mushrooms or any other vegetables according to your preference. The dish is ready to be served.

Add salt, diced garlic, and spices to taste; I'm using a ready-made chicken seasoning mix.
