Turkey fricassee in a multicooker
Description
Turkey meat is delicious and considered diet-friendly. However, it needs to be cooked properly, otherwise it may turn out dry. If you own a multicooker, I suggest trying this recipe for turkey fricassee in a multicooker. The dish will look appealing, and the meat will be juicy and tender. Preparing turkey fricassee in a multicooker is quite simple. Here's how to do it. 1. Wash the turkey fillet, pat it dry, and cut into strips about 1 cm thick. Drizzle with lemon juice and let it marinate for 15–20 minutes. 2. Wash the mushrooms and slice them. If they are small, cut them in half; if larger, quarter them. 3. Peel the onion and garlic. Slice the onion into rings and finely chop the garlic. 4. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and select the "Frying" mode. Sear the turkey fillet until golden brown—this will take about 15 minutes. 5. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the turkey. Season with salt and pepper. You can also add your favorite dried spices. Fry for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Pour cream over the turkey and mushrooms. Stir, switch to the "Stewing" mode, and cook for about 20 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese at the end of cooking. Serve the fricassee with rice as a side dish.
