Description

The recipe won't take much time. The meat is cooked with spinach, herbs, or vegetables. I use the maximum number of possible ingredients that perfectly complement the flavor of beef. These include tomatoes, bell peppers, and fresh herbs. I also like to add mushrooms. Try preparing this unusual yet simple beef dish to diversify your diet. Serve hot.

    1. The ingredients needed to prepare beef fricassee at home are very simple. The elegant name fully reflects the incredible taste of the dish.

    2. Cut the meat into medium-sized portion pieces and fry in a skillet. When the juice evaporates and the meat begins to fry, cook until golden brown, then pour in water. Simmer the meat for about 1.5 hours.

    3. After some time, add chopped herbs and onions to the meat, season and salt. It's better to slice the onions into rings and finely chop the herbs.
