Meatballs in a multicooker

40 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Meatballs are very simple and quick to prepare in a multicooker. Plus, you can braise them right in the multicooker without having to transfer them from a frying pan to a pot. To make meatballs in a multicooker, you'll need ground beef (pork works too)—store-bought mince is fine as well. Actually, the type of meat doesn't really matter. The more spices you add, the better—after all, it's meat. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes or vegetables. This time, I decided to braise the vegetables together with the meatballs. Serve hot.

Instructions

Mix the ground meat, eggs, spices (khmeli-suneli, pepper, salt), and minced onion.

Place the meatballs on the bottom of the pot, then layer sweet pepper, onion, and herbs on top.

    Step 3

Pour in water until it covers the meatballs halfway, add tomato paste, and gently stir. Simmer for about 30 minutes in the "Stewing" mode. Serve the cooked meatballs from the multicooker hot right away.
