Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare the necessary ingredients for meatballs: ground beef, egg, cheese, onion, garlic, herbs, and spices. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater.

Combine all the ingredients and knead the mixture thoroughly. If you have time, let the mixture rest for at least half an hour in the refrigerator. This will allow all the spices and herbs to blend together and give the mixture a rich aroma.
