Description

Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix the ground meat, egg, grated onion (on a coarse grater), one crushed garlic clove, salt, and spices to taste.

Mix everything well.

Form small meatballs from the minced meat.

Sear the meatballs over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. If desired, the meatballs can be baked in the oven or simply boiled in salted water.
