Hungarian-style meatballs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can eat the meatballs as they are, or, since they're cooked in sauce, you can dip a piece of bread into the sauce. Serve them with pasta, porridge, or potatoes. The recipe calls for veal mince, but you can substitute it with beef or any other meat. The sauce is prepared with mushrooms, giving the dish such a rich and vibrant flavor. Serve hot.
