
Spanish-style meatballs

1. Mix the ground meat with egg, rice, parsley, and mint until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Shape into meatballs and set aside in the refrigerator for now.

2. Let's make the sauce. Finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in vegetable oil. Next, add tomatoes, beans, and tomato paste. Sauté everything together for a few minutes.

3. Pour in hot water (0.5-1 liter), bring to a boil, and simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat. Then add the meatballs and simmer for another half hour, covered.
