Ham meatballs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make ham meatballs, I used a mixed pork and beef mince. You can add a little ham directly into the mince, although it will play a more significant role in the sauce. The dish turns out very rich and flavorful, so don't skimp on the spices—cayenne pepper, rosemary, and herbs. By the way, you don't necessarily have to use broth for the sauce, but it's recommended, as it makes the dish more hearty and tasty. Check out the recipe. The finished dish is ready to be served.
