Pike meatballs
Description
The filling will require a bit of work, but the final result will surely delight. We'll pass all the ingredients for the filling through a meat grinder, resulting in a very tender, juicy, and delicious dish. I suggest simmering the meatballs in a fragrant and thick tomato sauce, but you can prepare any sauce of your choice. Creamy or sour cream sauces go particularly well with fish meatballs. Any side dish will work well.
