
Mushroom meatballs
Description
Your attention is drawn to a simple recipe for mushroom meatballs. I usually prepare them using champignons, but you can experiment and use, for example, oyster mushrooms instead. These meatballs go well with any side dish—be it porridge or mashed potatoes. Happy cooking!

Boil the potatoes in their skins and peel them.

Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Finely chop the dill.

The mushrooms need to be ground with a blender.

Add potatoes, then grind them as well.

Add salt and herbs, mix well.

Add the flour and rub everything together until smooth.

Boil the water. With wet hands, shape the meatballs, cook the meatballs for 10 minutes; once they float to the surface—remove them!
