Prepare all the necessary ingredients, including salt, water, and vegetable oil. I will be preparing a double portion of the amount specified above.

Add egg and breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Season with salt to taste. Add your favorite spices.

Finely chop the onion and garlic, sauté in vegetable oil until soft. Add to the meat mixture and mix well.
