French puff pastry
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Each country has slightly adapted the recipe for puff pastry according to its own cultural preferences, but it is the French version that makes the pastry fluffy, multi-layered, and light. Although there is a wide selection of puff pastry available in stores, homemade pastry tastes significantly better. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
