
French Apple Upside-Down Tart

1. First, peel the apples and remove the cores with seeds, then cut them into 4 pieces.

2. Prepare caramel using 50 grams of butter, brown sugar, and juice. It should thicken slightly.

3. Pour the prepared caramel onto the bottom of a mold (mine is 24-26 cm in diameter), arrange the apple quarters to cover the entire bottom. Place the mold in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees to soften the apples.

4. Prepare the dough using the remaining butter, two egg yolks, flour, and a pinch of salt. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

5. After half an hour, take out the apples and the dough. Roll out the dough into a circle the size of the pan and place it on top. Return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
