1. First, turn on the oven and let it preheat to 200°C. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar. Add vanilla and cinnamon for aroma.

2. Sift the flour separately and pour in the milk. Mix thoroughly so no lumps form.

3. Pour in the egg mixture and beat well.

4. Dip the bread slices in the prepared mixture for a few seconds so it coats them on all sides.

5. Place on an oiled baking sheet and bake in the oven. Brown the toasts on both sides. Before serving, you can add a pat of butter on top.
