
French Corn and Tomato Pie
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Quiche is usually served cold and among appetizers it can confidently be called a favorite. There are many variations for the filling; today I suggest preparing a French pie with corn and tomatoes. You can add other ingredients to the filling according to your taste. The ingredients are simple and easily available. I hope you will enjoy it. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Combine the flour and the butter cut into cubes. Rub the flour and butter together until it resembles crumbs.

3. Add one egg and a pinch of salt.

4. Mix, add a spoonful of ice water, and knead until you get a soft dough. Gather the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
