French Almond Cake

180 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Almonds can be replaced with flour, but the flavor and texture won't be quite the same, so it's better not to be lazy—blanch them yourself and then grind. A light, juicy, airy cake soaked in green tea syrup. The finished cake can be decorated with whipped cream, buttercream, caramel, or chopped nuts. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
