
French cream for eclairs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you want a thicker cream, you can add more butter. To flavor the cream, you can use vanilla, lemon zest, or cognac. Serve chilled.

Prepare all the ingredients for making the cream.

Break the eggs into a bowl and mix in the starch and vanilla. You can add a little milk from the total amount.

Mix the milk with sugar and place over heat. Bring to a boil.
