French hot dog
Description
Perfect for the table and for drinks. Such a simple recipe for a French hot dog has helped me out more than once in those cases when the family demands a celebration and refuses to eat ordinary food—for example, when my husband is watching football or the child brought home excellent grades from school—so why not delight your loved ones, knowing the appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Unpack the sausages, rinse them, and boil until fully cooked. You can fry or boil them, and you can also grill them if you are outdoors.

Step 2

2. We also unpack the hot dog buns; send two of them to warm up in the microwave or oven. In the oven, the bun will turn crispy on the outside and soft on the inside; a few minutes at 180 degrees is enough.

Step 3

3. Chop the vegetables as finely as possible. Remove the center from the warmed bun. While the bun is warm, this is easy to do.

Step 4

4. Now we pack mayonnaise, mustard, vegetables, and a sausage into the hole. Spread ketchup around the edges.
