Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. French baguette is a wonderful white bread that can be baked at home in the oven and enjoyed for a week. Preparing the dough will take several hours, while the baguette itself bakes for about half an hour. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of warm water and 1/4 cup of flour. Then add the dry yeast and wait until foam forms.

4. Gradually, while constantly stirring, add the remaining water to the mixture. A mixer can be used.

8. Cover with a towel, place in a warm spot, and let it rise for two hours. The dough will rise. After two hours, knead the dough again, return it to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and a towel. The dough should rise a total of three times, doubling in size each time. The second and third rises will be faster.

9. Divide the dough into two or three parts. Roll each part into a thin pancake, then roll it up into a log.
