
French crepes with apple filling
Description
The recipe won't take much time. In French, crêpes means pancakes. The pancakes themselves turn out very tender. The apple filling complements them very well.

1. For the filling, peel the apples and remove the core. Cut the apples into small cubes. In a deep skillet melt butter and add the apples. Sprinkle sugar and stir. On low heat simmer the apples for 10 minutes. Then increase the heat and fry until the apples begin to caramelize. Remove the skillet from the heat and pour brandy over the apples. Mix everything and set aside to let the filling cool.

2. For pancakes. Add salt and sugar to the sifted flour. Pour the milk in a thin stream, constantly stirring the batter. Add the eggs and melted butter to the batter. Now whisk everything until smooth.

3. Bake pancakes from the resulting batter. Place them on a separate plate and cover with a lid. Put the filling on each pancake and roll it up.

4. Our French crêpes are ready, you can serve them at the table. The crêpes can be decorated with filling.
