Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Pour the wheat flour into a deep bowl. Cut the butter into small slices. Add the chicken egg and sprinkle in the salt. With a fork, mash the butter until it turns into crumbs and blends with the flour.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together and knead a firm dough. Place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Rinse the mushrooms in water, slice them, and fry in vegetable oil for about 5–8 minutes until the liquid has evaporated from them.

Rinse the green onion stalks and chop them finely, grate hard cheese on a fine grater, and add to the sautéed mushrooms along with sour cream, the sliced onion and 2 pinches of salt.

Roll the dough into a round sheet on parchment paper or on the work surface and transfer it to the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spoon the prepared filling onto the centre of the dough.

Fold the dough edges inward, leaving the filling partially exposed. Place the baking sheet with the pastry in the oven for 25–30 minutes.

Take the golden-brown galette out of the oven and let it cool slightly so the filling thickens.
