Trout baked in sour cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Use the highest-fat sour cream you can find for baking the salmon, so it won't curdle during cooking. If the sour cream tastes too sour to you, add a little sugar. If desired, you can add not only dill but also your favorite herbs and spices to the sour cream. Serve the finished dish immediately.
