Trout baked in foil
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Baked fish always turns out delicious and is hard to ruin. For baking salmon in foil, I used frozen fish, although fresh is certainly much tastier. Keep in mind that salmon is a river fish and therefore bony. But it's delicious, especially when served with vegetables, which can replace the usual potato side dish. Check out the recipe. Serve hot.

Thaw the fish, wash and clean it, then make several cuts in the skin to prevent it from cracking during baking. Line the baking dish with foil (you can place parchment paper underneath). Place lemon and garlic in the dish, then put the fish on top, brushed with olive oil.

Don't forget the thyme sprigs—they will give the dish an unmatched aroma. Place in the oven for 20–25 minutes at 220°C. Let the fish brown for 5 minutes, then cover with foil. Our trout baked in foil is ready!
