Baked Trout in the Oven
Description
I really love this recipe precisely because it uses almost no spices or seasonings with strong flavors and aromas. Only a juicy lemon, parsley, and dill create such a harmony of taste and smell that it's simply irresistible. It's delicious to serve trout with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the fish and dry it with paper towels. Make 8 shallow diagonal cuts on each side of the fish using a sharp knife.

Step 2
Rub the trout with oil inside and out, and season with salt and pepper. Fill the fish cavity with chopped parsley, dill, and lemon slices. Place the fish on a baking sheet. Sprinkle some lemon zest over it. Add a few pieces of butter on top of the trout. This will help form a beautiful golden crust on the fish while baking. You can also place lemon slices on the baking sheet.

Step 3
We will bake the fish in the oven using the "Grill" mode, which will help it cook faster and develop a very appetizing crust. Bake the fish for 6 minutes on each side.

Step 4
Before serving, squeeze the juice of baked or fresh lemons over the fish. You'll have a wonderful dinner.
