Trout in foil in the oven

Description
The recipe won't take much time. This fish is so delicious on its own that, in my opinion, extra ingredients, spices, or marinades only get in the way. Perfect with just salt and perhaps a pinch of garlic powder. If you have garlic salt on hand, use it. Serve hot.

1. Wash the fish, dry with a paper towel, and place on a baking sheet lined with foil.

2. Season with salt to taste, add garlic and a little olive oil on top. Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

3. It's very important not to overcook the salmon! Simmer it for about 10–15 minutes. Then serve with a side dish, sauce, or vegetables.
