Trout with potatoes in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Cooking fish in a multicooker saves both time and effort, as the trout is cooked together with the side dish. The recipe is simple and doesn't require any special culinary skills. I'd like to specifically mention trout, which comes not only in red but also in pink and even white varieties. Trout sold in large quantities in supermarkets, raised on fish farms, usually has white or pink flesh. The trout I'm using is exactly this kind. It differs from sea trout not only in color but also in taste, which is closer to that of river fish—hardly surprising. This recipe works well for any large fish, not just trout. The finished dish is ready to be served.
