
Trout under a fur coat in the oven
Description
You can prepare not only trout this way, but any fish fillet. If you don't like mayonnaise, use thick natural yogurt or sour cream instead. If you're afraid the fish might stick to the bottom of the dish, after greasing it, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Remove the head, fins, scales, and innards from the trout. Wash and dry it. Fillet the fish and remove all bones.

Season the fillet with salt and pepper, then place it skin-side down in a suitable baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
