Grilled Trout with Verde Salsa

Description

The recipe won't take much time. 1. Marinate the fish in lemon juice. 2. Oil the trout on both sides. Grill over a preheated grill for 8 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes approximately. 3. Meanwhile, place all salsa ingredients into a blender and puree. 4. Arrange the trout neatly on a large serving plate. Top with Verde salsa. Garnish the dish with lemon slices. Serve hot.
