Description

Ideal with tea and coffee. Don't be scared of the dough's structure. Generously oil your hands with vegetable oil and it will become "obedient" and stop sticking to your hands. Focaccia is best served warm. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

    Pour the yeast mixture into the bread machine's bucket. Add the flour. Select the "Dough" program for 1 hour 10 minutes.

    Watch the process. The dough will have a spreadable consistency. As soon as a uniform dough forms, add the basil, close the lid. Wait for the process to finish.
